Robin Mat Kit

The Robin Mat Kit includes everything you need to make an 8” woolfelt mat: woolfelt pieces, embroidery floss, needle, templates, and a full pattern with illustrated instructions. The design shows a robin on a nest surrounded by spring flowers. The mat has a black-and-sandstone background, with a copper-and-black robin on a brown nest. Bright blue eggs and pink and lavender flowers add cheerful color.

You can use the finished mat in many decorative ways, and the pattern also includes instructions for a 14” x 33” “HOME” wall hanging. The kit is designed to be for beginners and advanced quilters alike. You simply cut the pieces using the included templates, then applique them in place by following the illustrated, step‑by‑step directions. You can add decorative stitches if you like; the pattern includes detailed diagrams for several stitch types as well as a full‑color layout guide. For an extra challenge, you can personalize your project with additional stitches or embellishments of your own.
